Lyndon served a four year term as Guernsey's Chancellor (2004 - 2008) and progressed to become the jurisdiction's youngest and longest serving Chief Minister to date (2008 - 2012).
A former chairman of a substantial pension fund, Lyndon is also a professional, independent non executive director. He is currently on the board of a leading Guernsey based fiduciary company and also one of the world's largest independent private equity and real estate fund administrators. In addition he is a non executive director of an AIM quoted private equity fund and closed ended, unlisted, private equity structures and several other entities specialising in the investment sector.
Lyndon is a graduate of the Institute of Directors company direction programme.
Rupert moved to Guernsey as a boy and was educated in the island.
His career in financial services has taken him globally, beginning in London, and on to Hong Kong, Asia, South Africa and Switzerland, before returning to Guernsey.
His background is in private banking and trust and corporate services, where he has held a number of senior management roles in global companies.
As well as an MBA from the University of Cape Town, Rupert holds a law degree, and is a member of STEP, CISI and the Institute of Directors.
Paul is responsible for Aon Insurance Managers in Guernsey – Europe’s largest (re)insurance management company – which also includes the White Rock PCC and ICC companies. He has been instrumental in the development of Guernsey’s insurance industry spanning captive solutions, Insurance Linked Securities and Guernsey’s emerging reinsurance sector. He originally trained with Royal Insurance (RSA), before setting up Aon’s operations in Malta and Gibraltar. Paul has chaired most of the insurance trade association and professional bodies in Guernsey and is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Guernsey International Business Association (GIBA). He holds a master’s degree in Corporate Governance, is a Chartered Insurer and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Most recently he also became a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors.
Kate is a Guernsey Advocate with over 22 years of experience as a commercial lawyer. She has spent the last 16 years in Guernsey practising financial services law, specialising in investment funds and finance transactions. Kate is also a prominent Guernsey insurance expert. In addition to Guernsey Finance, she sits on the Executive Committee of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association (GIFA) and the Market Development Committee of the Guernsey International Insurance Association (GIIA). She is immediate past Chair of the Guernsey Commercial Bar Association and the GIIA Pensions De-risking committee.

Steve was elected as a Deputy in the States of Guernsey in the first island-wide election of deputies in October 2020. He was elected to the Committee for Economic Development and was then selected as its vice-president. He joined the Board of Guernsey Finance in December 2020 as the committee's delegate.
During a 30-year career in professional communications he founded and managed Orchard PR, which worked with clients across all sectors of Guernsey’s financial services industry, among them Guernsey Finance which he represented from inception. Orchard was the subject of an MBO in 2017. Steve is a Chartered Practitioner and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. He is a former board member of the CIPR and of Elizabeth College, Guernsey.
