Lyndon served a four year term as Guernsey's Chancellor (2004 - 2008) and progressed to become the jurisdiction's youngest and longest serving Chief Minister to date (2008 - 2012). A former chairman of a substantial pension fund, Lyndon is also a professional, independent non executive director. He is currently on the board of a leading Guernsey based fiduciary company and also one of the world's largest independent private equity and real estate fund administrators. In addition he is a non executive director of an AIM quoted private equity fund and closed ended, unlisted, private equity structures and several other entities specialising in the investment sector. Lyndon is a graduate of the Institute of Directors company direction programme.

Rupert moved to Guernsey as a boy and was educated in the island. His career in financial services has taken him globally, beginning in London, and on to Hong Kong, Asia, South Africa and Switzerland, before returning to Guernsey. His background is in private banking and trust and corporate services, where he has held a number of senior management roles in global companies. As well as an MBA from the University of Cape Town, Rupert holds a law degree, and is a member of STEP, CISI and the Institute of Directors.

Marie McNeela is Managing Director of Intertrust Group Guernsey with overall responsibility for their Fund, Corporate and Private Wealth client solutions. She has worked in London, Grand Cayman and Guernsey. Marie acts as both an Executive and Non-Executive Director of regulated businesses and numerous client companies. She is a qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner (STEP) and holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction (Dip IOD). Marie has spoken at various conferences and is a former committee member of both the Guernsey Association of Trustees and the Institute of Directors. Marie joined the Board of Guernsey Finance in April 2020.

Steve Falla

Steve was elected as a Deputy in the States of Guernsey in the first island-wide election of deputies in October 2020. He was elected to the Committee for Economic Development and was then selected as its vice-president. He joined the Board of Guernsey Finance in December 2020 as the committee's delegate. During a 30-year career in professional communications he founded and managed Orchard PR, which worked with clients across all sectors of Guernsey’s financial services industry, among them Guernsey Finance which he represented from inception. Orchard was the subject of an MBO in 2017. Steve is a Chartered Practitioner and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. He is a former board member of the CIPR and of Elizabeth College, Guernsey.

Christopher Jehan

Christopher is a Consultant and Non-Executive Director in Guernsey. In 2016 he founded Midshore Consulting, where he is a Director of both the Guernsey and Florida companies, following a 22 year career with the Investec Group. Prior to leaving Investec he was Technical Director for Investec Asset Management in Guernsey and General Representative of the Guernsey Branch of Investec Assurance Limited. Christopher is a Member of the Executive Committee of the Guernsey Investment & Funds Association and President of the Guernsey Branch of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He sits on numerous other industry committees, including the Marketing Development Committee of the Guernsey International Insurance Association (GIIA). He is also Chair of the GIIA Life Sector Working Group. Christopher joined the board of Guernsey Finance in January 2021.
