Stephen has spent more than 40 years as a partner with BWCI and has extensive experience across the breadth of the group’s business, specialising in international work. He is current President of the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers.

Roger established Concept Group in Guernsey in 2004 and has been involved with the pension industry in the island for more than two decades. He has been involved in the development of pension policy and practice in Guernsey with the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers and other committees.

Gillian joined the GFSC from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority in 2014. As Director of the Investment, Fiduciary and Pension Division, Gillian oversees the Guernsey Green Fund regime. In July 2018, the GFSC published the Guernsey Green Fund Rules - creating the world’s first regulated green investment fund product. Investors in a Guernsey Green Fund are able to rely on the Guernsey Green Fund designation, provided through compliance with the Guernsey Green Fund Rules, to represent a scheme that meets strict eligibility criteria of green investing and has the objective of a net positive outcome on the planet’s environment. The GFSC is also actively working on future developments to enhance its regulatory sustainability framework.

Rob has had a long and diverse career in pensions for a number of companies. He helped to grow Sovereign Trust in Gibraltar and as managing director in Guernsey, and has also held senior roles at Concept Group, Overseas Trust and Pension and Pensioneer.

With over 20 years in international employee benefits, predominantly in international pension and savings, Jo has experienced the evolution of these flexible structures and how they can deliver meaningful solutions to diverse employers. Based in Guernsey, Jo spent 18 years with Generali Group before joining Sovereign.
