Director
Andrew Niles is the founder of Charter Consulting, advising family offices, trust companies and corporates globally. He returned to Guernsey in 2015 after 25 years in Hong Kong and Switzerland. In Hong Kong he was most recently the Executive Director with Bank of China International leading their international client strategy. In Guernsey he has worked with leading trust companies including Intertrust Group, where he was Head of Business Development.
Andrew has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial markets focusing on trusts, banking, investment and multi-generational strategy for Ultra High Net Worth Clients. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate practitioners, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and a Member of the London Institute for Banking and Finance. He holds a Hong Kong Securities Institute Practicing Certificate in Securities.

Paul is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants who sits on the IOD executive committee and the GSCCA’s taxation sub committee.
Paul Beale is a Tax Director at KPMG where he leads the firm’s Family office and Private Client team for the Crown Dependencies with a focus on providing advice on issues relevant to HNW families from an international tax perspective and other matters such as family governance, succession and philanthropy.
Gilly Kennedy-Smith

Gilly is a partner based in our Guernsey office in Mourants' International Trust & Private Client practice and works with a variety of high-net-worth private clients, family offices, families and fiduciaries on all areas of private client and wealth preservation work.
She is a solicitor qualified in England & Wales and has spent the majority of her time practising in Guernsey, with six years of senior post-qualification experience in the UK where she advised clients on their UK tax affairs, including how their movements, domicile and residence impacted upon their tax position, planning and structuring.
Gilly regularly works with family offices advising on their unique succession, privacy and governance issues as well as trust companies, banks, accountants, foreign lawyers and advisors. She provides advice on the creation and administration of offshore fiduciary structures to assist clients in the application of their wealth for philanthropic purposes and the management and protection of their wealth through the generations and across borders.
Jenny Lee
Under Secretary General
Jenny is the Under Secretary General for Hong Kong Green Finance Association. Jenny has more than two decades of experience in equity derivatives, hedge fund management and human resource consulting with Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan and Mercer, based in London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Jenny Co-Founded Development Finance Asia and is CFA Certified in ESG investing.
