He is responsible for implementing the business development strategy, which is to promote the island as a global finance specialist and connect Guernsey’s industry in its chosen target markets. James has more than 20 years' experience in the fiduciary sector, where he worked for international banks and independent trust companies based in the Channel Islands, Switzerland and the UAE.

Bruce Watterson joined Dixcart in 2008, where as well as having a portfolio of clients, he was also responsible for business development. He moved to the Guernsey office in 2010 to join the board and manages a portfolio of high-net-worth structures acting as corporate director, trustee and advisor to a diverse range of client industries and structures.
Bruce specialises in the establishment, management and administration of offshore structures for corporate and private clients and provides services to individuals and families from all around the world, with a particular emphasis on clients in India and South Africa. He is an expert in a number of offshore relevant areas.
Bruce is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner.

Rajah Abusrewil is a Group Partner in the Private Capital and Trusts Group in Guernsey and advises local and international fiduciaries, family offices and UHNWIs on all aspects of wealth structuring.
Rajah has extensive experience both in private practice and in-house, and has worked in London, Bermuda, Cayman and Guernsey, with more than ten years' experience offshore.
She specialises in the establishment, administration and termination of trusts, foundations, family offices and related structures, including risk review and mitigation for cross-border structures.
Rajah also advises on the regulatory requirements of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, and is a member of the Guernsey STEP committee.
Prior Employment Experience:
Prior to joining Walkers in 2019 Rajah was a Partner in a Guernsey law firm, having also previously been a multi-jurisdictional in-house counsel for an international trust company in their Cayman Islands office, and practiced as a Barrister & Attorney in Bermuda.
She qualified in Bermuda in 2009 and as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2005.

Prior to Guernsey, Michael’s career in corporate and investment banking has seen him work in London, Paris, Frankfurt, Madrid, Lisbon and Sao Paulo.
