Dharshini David
British Author, Economist and Broadcaster
Dharshini David, the BBC's Global Trade Correspondent since January 2020, is a highly experienced broadcaster and economist. Dharshini, who began her career as a Government economist before moving to HSBC Investment Bank as their UK Economist, is adept at both holding policymakers to account and explaining the complex financial world to the public.
A highly experienced broadcaster and economist, Dharshini covers financial news for the BBC. In the past, she covered the BBC's Economics Editor's brief across national TV and Radio and online and she presents business news for Radio 4's Today programme. Following her stint with HSBC, She left the trading floor to cover financial stories for the BBC in London and went on to present Panorama and the BBC's Wall Street coverage from New York as the financial crisis took hold. She has also presented business, political and general news programmes for Sky News, including the flagship Sky News Tonight.
Dharshini is the author of the 'The Almighty Dollar' which explains in accessible terms the economic foundations that underpin the modern world. During her career, Dharshini has advised Tesco's board on broadcast media strategy, acted as an economic consultant to Daiwa Bank, and sat as a non-executive member of one the Financial Conduct Authority's boards.
Daisy McAndrew

Daisy McAndrew has 25+ years’ experience covering politics, business & royal stories on tv and radio. She is NBC News’ Royal Commentator, co-presents the Times Radio Sunday politics show T&G with Tom Newton-Dunn, and is a regular contributor on TalkRadio, the BBC, ITV/ITN, Sky News and contributes to numerous documentaries on the Royals on Channel 5, Discovery and Yahoo TV. Recently she has presented election coverage for London Live and had her own weekly business show on LBC.
She left ITV News to go freelance in 2013 after a very successful seven years during which time she was their most senior female reporter, having been Chief Political Correspondent, Economics Editor and Special Correspondent.
As well as reporting for ITV News she also presented their Lunchtime and Weekend News and ITV’s Moral of the Story.
Before joining ITV she presented (as Daisy Sampson) the BBC’s Daily Politics, was BBC Breakfast News’ Political Correspondent and the presenter of LBC’s drive-time show.

Gillian joined the GFSC from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority in 2014. As Director of the Investment, Fiduciary and Pension Division, Gillian oversees the Guernsey Green Fund regime. In July 2018, the GFSC published the Guernsey Green Fund Rules - creating the world’s first regulated green investment fund product. Investors in a Guernsey Green Fund are able to rely on the Guernsey Green Fund designation, provided through compliance with the Guernsey Green Fund Rules, to represent a scheme that meets strict eligibility criteria of green investing and has the objective of a net positive outcome on the planet’s environment. The GFSC is also actively working on future developments to enhance its regulatory sustainability framework.

Dylan Cox is the Head of Private Markets Research at PitchBook and leads the firm's coverage of private equity and venture capital in the EMEA region. He oversees a team of analysts producing quarterly industry reports and thematic analyst notes spanning private equity, venture capital, and fund strategies and performance.
Dylan's expertise has been cited in numerous top-tier publications including The New York Times, Fortune and Institutional Investor. Prior to joining PitchBook, Cox was an analyst at real estate investment fund Core Capital.
Lorraine Johnston
Partner - Ashurst
Lorraine is a Partner in Ashurst's Global Finance Regulatory practice. She works with institutions across the finance sector, specialising in a broad range of conduct and technical matters. Lorraine has a particular focus on the governance of large financial services firms and regulatory change initiatives. She leads Ashurst's European ESG Regulatory team, coordinating experts across the UK and Europe to help clients understand and comply with relevant ESG disclosure and governance requirements. Lorraine's focus is on advising fund managers and investment firms on new ESG regulations that mandate certain disclosures to be made in relation to green credentials.
Recognising the role of data in the future of sustainable finance and the need for simple, transparent and reliable technology solutions for firms grappling with new regulatory disclosure requirements Lorraine was the originator of the firm's first digital product, ESG Ready. ESG Ready embeds the firm's market leading EU financial services expertise within a simple and cost-effective digital product, to create a one-stop shop for clients' sustainable finance disclosure regulation implementation.
Lorraine is also a member of the Financial Markets Law Committee on sustainable finance. She has also led Ashurst's involvement with the FCA in its most recent Techsprint and policysprint on ESG data.
Sona Stadtelmeyer-Petru

Soňa Stadtelmeyer-Petrů is the Lead Sustainable Investing Strategist on J.P. Morgan's Sustainable Investing team, responsible for client engagement and implementing the firm's sustainable investment strategy, solutions and product innovation in EMEA. She leverages the company's extensive data and research capabilities, proprietary technology and ESG expertise to deliver sustainable solutions to clients.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in February 2022, Soňa was the Global Head of Sustainable Investing at Allianz, where she built up the ESG approaches for its global investment portfolio, including overseeing the ESG integration, pioneering and establishing their impact investing strategy and leading the financing the transition work at the UN-convened Net-Zero Asset Owner Alliance.
While at Allianz, she was seconded to the World Economic Forum and worked on the Forum's impact investing strategy.

Clara Durodie
CEO - Cognitive Finance
Clara Durodié is a technology strategist specialising in the business and governance of artificial intelligence (AI) in financial services. She is internationally recognised for her expertise, advising boards of leading financial institutions, think-tanks, governments, and academia. She also mentors AI start-ups on governance, funding and growth strategy. She is consistently named on numerous global lists of leading women in fintech, and was the Chair of the Non-Executive Directors Board's special committee on Best Practice for AI Adoption (UK) and a member of IEEE Global Initiative on Ethics of Autonomous and Intelligent Systems (USA).
Clara advised the World Economic Forum's Fourth Industrial Revolution Centre in San Francisco (US), the All Parliamentary Party Group for Artificial Intelligence (UK) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' special commission on Artificial Intelligence (Japan). In June 2017, Clara was also invited as a member of the European Union Artificial Intelligence Alliance.
She has been invited as guest lecturer by leading universities and was also invited to teach at the Oxford Artificial Intelligence course, organised by the University of Oxford.
Clara is the author of the highly acclaimed Decoding AI in Financial Services - Business Implications for Boards and Professionals, the first guidebook on AI in financial services for C-level, Boards and decision makers. She also writes DecodingAI Newsletter, a popular weekly digital publication which examines the business and governance of AI in financial services.
In 2015, Clara started scoping the research for her PhD which sits at the intersection of neuroscience, artificial intelligence and asset management. Her focus is on how episodic memory informs how people save and invest. In her corporate life, Clara served in leadership roles in European asset and wealth management in the UK, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Sasha Kazantseva-Miller
Deputy - States of Guernsey
Sasha is a Deputy of the States of Guernsey, the island's government. She is a member of the Development and Planning Authority and the Committee for Economic Development, leading on Digital, Skills and Entrepreneurship policy. She also chairs Digital Guernsey, which developed the Guernsey Digital Framework and is helping finalise Guernsey's first Human Capital Strategy.
Sasha comes from a technology background including Google and Booking Holdings, and working with start-ups as an investor and Non-Executive Director. She became interested in public office through her efforts to promote sustainable development and after working with the board of Guernsey Ports, a States infrastructure business.
She holds an MBA from INSEAD and has lived and worked in Singapore, Bangkok, London, Spain, Moscow, Madrid, Guernsey and Ulaan Bataar.
Amarjit Singh
Partner - EY
Amarjit Singh (Jeet) is a Partner at EY, leading EY's Blockchain Assurance Practice across Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. He spent four years in various roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management before rejoining EY as a partner in 2008. He now works with major global organisations and crypto native firms as they work to build the trust of their various stakeholders, from regulators to customers.
Jeet is also responsible for a number of EY's largest clients and also provides regulatory assistance, especially advising on CASS, MiFID II, CRD IV and Suitability. He chairs the ICAEW's Investment Management Committee and represents EY at the FRC and FCA on various matters.
Amarjit leads our engagement with clients on their D&I initiatives in the Financial Services industry.
Wim Ritz

Wim has more than 30 years' experience in the corporate and private funds industry, specialising in real estate and private equity. He has a proven track record in supporting business and market growth.
Wim began his career in Belgium working in mergers and acquisitions, and as an attorney-at-law. He later moved to Luxembourg and for many years worked for the world's leading fund administration and corporate service providers. He joined ZEDRA in 2020.
Wim is passionate about knowledge-sharing and professional development, and lectures for the University of Luxembourg's Wealth Management Master program. He is a member of STEP, Global Law Experts, Global Advisory Experts and a founding board member of the International Business Structuring Association.
