Guernsey's robust constitutional, legislative and regulatory framework provides a safe and secure environment for private wealth.
We are delighted to return to the Banking Hall in London for the next instalment of the Guernsey Private Wealth Forum in November. Building on our theme of 'Families Investing in the Future', this event will continue to explore, through keynote speakers and expert panellists, the importance of the next generation, succession planning, and incorporating new, innovative technologies. We will also consider climate risk in investment decision-making on behalf of HNWs, and Guernsey's role in all of the above.
To add star quality to this event, we are pleased to confirm that the keynote speaker will be British Astronaut Tim Peake, who was a crew member on the International Space Station from December 2015 to June 2016. In April 2016, he ran the London Marathon from the ISS treadmill, making him only the second person to run a marathon from space. Tim will share the unique insights on leadership, motivation, collaboration, fear and risk management that his incredible career as a test pilot and astronaut has afforded him. He draws on his own out-of-this-world experiences to inspire audiences with his recipe for mission success and high performance.
