Guernsey is home to a specialist insurance sector, providing alternative risk transfer solutions to sophisticated clients such as corporations, investment managers and pension schemes. The island positions itself as the largest domicile for captive insurance in Europe and recently celebrated the centenary anniversary of Guernsey's first captive.
We look forward to once again showcasing the island’s first-class insurance sector at the Manchester Central in June for the 2023 Airmic Annual Conference.
This year’s conference celebrates 60 years of Airmic and will focus on ‘riding the waves of future risks and opportunities.’
Rather than exhibiting at the conference this year, Guernsey Finance has again taken the opportunity of being a Preferred Service Provider. This year we will be hosting two HUB session at the event which will focus on captive vehicles and the regulatory environment.
