By registering for this Guernsey Finance event, you are giving your express permission for Guernsey Finance to:

• Contact you regarding Guernsey's finance industry. This could be, but is not exclusive to: news, events and other relevant market information.
• Store your information on its secured database – which uses a mixture of encryption, password protection, and servers/back-ups all kept with multiple lock protection – the following details: name; email address; job title; company name; relevant financial sector(s)/ geographic jurisdiction(s) of interest
• Provide a delegate list to all contracted sponsors and advisors of the event which will only include the information completed in the registration form fields for this event. If you do not wish to have your details published within the delegate list, please contact [email protected]
• By attending a Guernsey Finance event, you acknowledge and agree to grant Guernsey Finance the right at the event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to Guernsey Finance includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to publish verbal or written feedback for future promotional purposes, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.
