Our White Rock Protected Cell company was the first PCC in the world, later followed by White Rock Incorporated Cell Company, the world’s first ICC. The White Rock companies provide risk retention, fronting and transformation services to clients. Insurance risks can be transformed for capital markets to invest in the (re)insurance market or alternatively clients may use White Rock cells to access the reinsurance and capital markets.
