In 1947 a valley in Guernsey was flooded to create a reservoir. Sometimes, when water levels are low, you can still see the tops of the cottages that stood in the valley.

Corporate services

Guernsey corporate service providers (CSPs) provide support for the forming, administering and management of companies in Guernsey and elsewhere.

An advantage of using a Guernsey company is a modern company law. Guernsey’s non-cellular Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 was revised as recently as September 2015. Guernsey was also the first to introduce the Protected Cell Company in 1997 and continues to be at the forefront of cell company innovation.
